It's helpful to know that even when I'm self-absorbed and feeling self-disgust at my character and actions, God is at work, and dynamically, powerfully so -- C.T.'s parents came to Christ yesterday night! Praise be to Him! How much joy there must be for the kingdom~
I guess it's a good reminder of how active God constantly is in the lives of "other people" (i.e. ppl outside H's immediate community ). Yeah.. He's doing many things, and the more I hear about or come into contact with these happenings, or realize them, the more I see Him.. I dunno, I hope it's that He's becoming more interesting to me. I do delight in him more..
A thought -- sin is cyclical, and requires opposing force to overcome it and break the chains.
I hope to be able to in the near future voice the sentiments of David as in Psalm 116. I'll edit this if and when that happens. I'm not quite sure I'm satisfied with the title, anyhow.
